By accessing or using Special Messages for Jira ("the App"), installed on the Atlassian platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

2. Description of Service

Special Messages for Jira is a software tool that integrates with Jira to show administrator-defined messages on Jira work items, in the work item panel or as flags, whenever a JQL condition matches.

3. User Responsibilities & Operational Behaviour

Please be aware of the following:

• Message content: administrators are responsible for the text, accuracy and targeting of the messages they publish.
• Timing: changes to messages can take up to a minute to reach every work item.
• Guidance only: messages inform people; they do not enforce workflow rules or block transitions.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties that the App will function uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, including where results depend on Jira permissions or Jira API limitations.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Victor Torres be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of data, missed or incorrect messages, or decisions made based on message content.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page.
