1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tree View for Jira ("the App"), installed on the Atlassian platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

2. Description of Service

Tree View for Jira is a software tool that integrates with Jira to visualize the complete hierarchy of a work item (its ancestors, the item itself and all its descendants) as an interactive tree, with filters, folding and exports, directly within Jira.

3. User Responsibilities & Operational Behaviour

Please be aware of the following:

• Point-in-time data: the tree reflects the hierarchy when you open it. Changes made in Jira afterwards appear when you open Tree View again.
• Permission-based visibility: different people may see different trees for the same work item, according to their Jira permissions.
• Large hierarchies: beyond 10 levels or 500 work items only part of the hierarchy is shown, always including the path to the current work item; a warning says so.
• Export management: exports are attached to the current work item. You are responsible for managing these attachments and removing them when no longer needed.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties that the App will function uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, including where results depend on Jira permissions or Jira API limitations.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Victor Torres be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of data, misinterpretation of project structure, or decisions made based on the hierarchy visualization.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page.
