1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Victor Torres ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use Tree View for Jira ("the App"), installed on the Atlassian platform.

2. Data the App Processes

Tree View for Jira is built on the Atlassian Forge platform. We do not collect your data, and the App does not send any of it to servers outside Atlassian. The App processes the following within your Atlassian site:

• Work item hierarchy data: keys, summaries, types, statuses, assignees, due dates, priorities, story points, sprints and link counts of the work items in the tree, read when you open Tree View to display it. Nothing is kept after you close it.
• Your Jira profile: your name, email address, time zone and locale, used to format dates and to write the "Exported at … by …" line inside exports.
• Export files: generated on request and attached to the current work item in your Jira site. They are not stored anywhere else.

3. Data Storage

The app stores no data of its own: it uses no app storage, and the only thing it writes is the export file you ask for, as an attachment on the work item.

4. How the Data Is Used

Data is used only to provide the App's features. It is not used for tracking, profiling, analytics or marketing. This documentation website uses Google Analytics to count page visits. The app itself contains no analytics or tracking.

5. Data Sharing & Third Parties

The App runs entirely on Atlassian's infrastructure. No customer data is shared with or sent to third parties, and we (the developer) have no access to it.

6. Atlassian Products

Your use of the App is also governed by the Atlassian Cloud Terms of Service. You retain full ownership of your data.
