1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Attachment Text Editor for Jira ("the App"), installed on the Atlassian platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

2. Description of Service

Attachment Text Editor for Jira is a software tool that integrates with Jira to open, edit and create text and code attachments (such as JSON, YAML, logs and source code) directly on Jira work items.

3. User Responsibilities & Operational Behaviour

Please be aware of the following:

• Saving replaces attachments: Jira attachments cannot be changed in place, so saving uploads a new attachment and removes the previous one. Use "Save as copy" to keep the original.
• Simultaneous edits: before replacing a file the app checks whether someone saved a newer version and lets you compare and combine them. Two saves within the same instant can both be attached; nothing is lost.
• Content responsibility: you are responsible for the content of the files you create or change.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties that the App will function uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, including where results depend on Jira permissions or Jira API limitations.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Victor Torres be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of data, overwritten files, or decisions made based on file content.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page.
