1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Victor Torres ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use Attachment Text Editor for Jira ("the App"), installed on the Atlassian platform.

2. Data the App Processes

Attachment Text Editor for Jira is built on the Atlassian Forge platform. We do not collect your data, and the App does not send any of it to servers outside Atlassian. The App processes the following within your Atlassian site:

• Attachment content: the text files you open are downloaded from your Jira site into the editor in your browser. Edited files are saved back to the same work item as attachments.
• Attachment details: file names, sizes, authors and dates of the work item's attachments, to list them and to detect when someone else saved a newer version while you were editing.
• Your permissions: your attachment permissions on the work item, to decide whether you can edit, copy or only view a file.

3. Data Storage

The app stores no data of its own and has no backend: everything runs in your browser and talks only to your Jira site. Files exist only as Jira attachments.

4. How the Data Is Used

Data is used only to provide the App's features. It is not used for tracking, profiling, analytics or marketing. This documentation website uses Google Analytics to count page visits. The app itself contains no analytics or tracking.

5. Data Sharing & Third Parties

The App runs entirely on Atlassian's infrastructure. No customer data is shared with or sent to third parties, and we (the developer) have no access to it.

6. Atlassian Products

Your use of the App is also governed by the Atlassian Cloud Terms of Service. You retain full ownership of your data.
